The BDS TMK 5lb ABC Fire Extinguisher Kit is a unique tactical kit that is comprised of a unique sleeve that stores the extinguisher unit securely in place while adding other life saving technologies to the sleeve platform via the vertical dual molle panel on the side of the unit. The BDS TMK 5lb ABC Fire Extinguisher Kit is ideal for first responder vehicles of all sorts for rapid access to fire suppression capabilities as well as trauma / burn related injuries when you combine the BDS FRK Trauma Kit.
Features:
- Rip away extinguisher sleeve. Sleeve releases from hook and loop platform that is mounted in the vehicle using hardware (self tap screws, nuts, bolts, etc.)(Hardware not supplied by Blaze Defense Systems)
- Durable balanced handle grip to rapidly remove extinguisher kit from vehicle
- Dual molle vertical attachment points for mounting pouches and necessary gear such as the BDS FRK Trauma Kit
- Sleeve colors available in Tactical Black or Rescue Red
- This extinguisher features an aluminum valve with a light- to medium-duty anodized aluminum valve body and an anodized aluminum handle and lever. Designed for longevity, the extinguisher has a durable high gloss polyester powder paint with an all-metal valve construction. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350°F and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. Equipped with Bilingual Labels.
