- BP26 Backpack
- H22-6 Sledge Hammer
- BC600 Bolt Cutters
- P26 Pry Bar
BP26 Breaching Backpack – General-Purpose Mechanical Breacher Backpack
The BP26 Breaching Backpack is a general-purpose mechanical breacher backpack designed to solve the most common failures of traditional breaching packs: poor tool retention, excessive noise, slow access, and inefficient re-stow under stress. Built specifically for law enforcement, military, and rescue professionals, the BP29 provides disciplined organization and controlled access for mechanical breaching tools while maintaining a flat, low-profile footprint suitable for interior operations.
At its core, the BP26 is engineered around real breaching workflows. Tools are carried securely, accessed deliberately, and returned quickly without dumping contents or disrupting the stack. The result is a breaching backpack that supports both movement with the element and stage-and-drop use at the point of entry.
Purpose-Built for Mechanical Breaching
The BP26 is designed for mechanical breaching operations and ships with a 24in (BC600) bolt cutter, 22in 6lb (H22-6) hammer and a P26 pry bar (Chicago adze). The internal layout supports modular upgrades, allowing users to substitute or add striking tools such as a mauler or tech hammer while maintaining retention, balance, and organization.
Unlike generic backpacks adapted for breaching, the BP26 is purpose-built to carry rigid steel tools securely. Adjustable Velcro retention straps combined with rigid internal dividers prevent tools from shifting, banging, or clattering during movement, improving noise discipline and reducing operator fatigue.
Controlled Access Without Dumping Contents
Access speed and re-stow efficiency were primary design drivers. The BP26 prioritizes controlled access to multiple tools rather than rapid dumping or open-bucket storage. Tools can be removed and returned quickly, even under stress, without disturbing adjacent equipment or creating unnecessary noise.
This approach reduces time on target, minimizes distraction during breaching sequences, and supports cleaner transitions between tools during dynamic entries.
Low-Profile Design for Interior Movement
The BP26 maintains a flat, narrow profile that rides close to the body. This minimizes snag hazards in hallways, stairwells, and doorways while preserving freedom of movement in confined spaces. The minimal external design avoids unnecessary bulk and keeps the backpack compatible with interior stack work.
The backpack is designed to be worn with a plate carrier and belt system, ensuring proper fit and integration with common law enforcement and military loadouts. It is equally effective when worn during movement or staged and dropped at the breach point.
Modular With Defined Boundaries
The BP26 is modular by design, allowing operators to tailor tool selection to mission requirements. That modularity is intentionally constrained to preserve organization, access speed, and profile. It is a general-purpose breacher backpack optimized for mechanical entry tasks done correctly and repeatedly.
Designed by Experience, Built for Repetition
Every aspect of the BP26 reflects operator-driven design priorities: reduced noise, faster access, faster re-stow, and better tool control. It is intended for real-world operations where efficiency, discipline, and reliability matter.
