The BDS QR Conversion Tactical Outer Carrier Kit allows rapid don / doff of a vest. This device replaces the elastic style hook and loop stretch piece on some carriers on the market. Over time that elastic stretch finally loses its elastic ability as well as the velcro gives out. This kit allows the user a dual buckle system with molle webbing on the outer bands for storage of other needed gear if so desired.
The polymer dual buckle system has a 500 lb weight capacity / crush load per buckle
